What We Collect
Postgift collects the information needed to draft, approve, write, address, stamp, mail, and support handwritten thank-you notes. This may include your email address, gift giver names, gift descriptions, mailing addresses, note text, registry or gift tracker details you provide, order status, payment status, and basic website analytics.
How We Use Information
We use this information to preview imported gifts, generate draft thank-you notes, let you approve or edit notes, process checkout, fulfill orders, prevent fraud or abuse, improve the product, and understand which marketing channels are working.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Postgift does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Postgift, including hosting, payments, analytics, AI-assisted drafting, printing or handwriting operations, postage, and customer support. We only share what is reasonably needed for those providers to perform their services.
Retention
We keep order and fulfillment records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for fulfillment or recordkeeping.
Your Choices
You can choose not to provide certain gift, address, or note details, but Postgift may not be able to fulfill cards without complete recipient information. Before checkout, you can edit imported gifts, addresses, and note text.
