Service
Postgift helps customers turn gift lists into handwritten thank-you notes. You provide or import gift and recipient details, review and approve the note text, pay through checkout, and Postgift handles handwriting, addressing, stamping, and mailing.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate gift giver names, mailing addresses, gift descriptions, and note approvals. You must have the right to provide recipient information to Postgift for the purpose of sending thank-you notes on your behalf.
Approval Before Production
Drafts are provided for review. We do not begin fulfillment until notes are approved and checkout is complete. Once a batch has moved into writing or mailing, changes may not be possible.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing is shown before checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe. Orders are not accepted for fulfillment until payment is complete.
Timing and Delivery
Postgift targets mailing approved batches within 3-5 business days. Delivery timing after mailing depends on postal carriers and is not guaranteed.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not entered production may be eligible for cancellation or refund. Once handwriting, addressing, postage, or mailing has started, refunds may be limited because physical work and postage costs have been incurred.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Postgift to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, harassing, or spam-like content. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to violate these terms or create operational, legal, or reputational risk.
